If you are new to hockey, you must complete the RIS-Parent Module through Hockey Alberta prior to registering. No exceptions. This is currently a one time clinic and a nominal fee between $12.00 - $13.00. Click on the following link:

BLACK AND BLUE CAMPAIGN - WHAT IS IT?
Camrose Minor Hockey, in conjunction with the Family Violence Action Centre will be working through the hockey season with emphasis on the Month of November to bring awareness to everyone.
The Black and Blue Campaign is a way to raise awareness of the abuse that may occur to officials and athletes. Camrose Minor Hockey values sport as a positive learning environment for children and youth and wants to keep our players and referees in the game and if we can stop the abuse at any level, we have accomplished our goal.
We are asking teams to promote the campaign during tournaments or games of any sort. Fliers are available and if anyone wants to make a donation, please let them. We are challenging all hockey teams to partake and the team that can raise the most funds will have the opportunity to have a pizza party for all the players and bench staff at the end of the season.
If teams could collect the funds, CMHA will pick a date in February to present to the Family Violence Centre.
Congratulations to Peter Fenrich for submitting the Slogan that has been put on all the fliers and banner:

You can end abuse aimed at young referees and athletes
Respect is a Power Play!”
Starting the week-end of November 7 and continuing until the weekend of the 24th, our referees will be wearing black and blue armbands so stop and think about what is being said at the rink whether you are a player, bench staff or in the stands as a spectator, parent or whomever.
