NEW FIRST TIME PLAYERS - Pre-Registration Requirements
Respect in Sport Program for 2021 - 2022
In the spring of 2017, Hockey Alberta announced that Parents and Coaches/Team Officials would be required to recertify their Respect in Sport every four seasons. The requirement to recertify comes into effect on May 1st of the five-year anniversary of course completion. If this is not completed, you will not be able to register online until completed.
As with any change, there are questions. Hockey Alberta has compiled the following RIS-FAQ to address concerns and questions from parents, coaches and team officials.

If you are moving to Camrose from another Association, you will need to complete the Parent Declaration which is now an online form with Hockey Alberta. Click on this link Parent Declaration to complete the form and in the email address of the new association, please put firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this is received along with your proof of residency, CMHA will put in an electronic transfer request and you will be notified when completed and then be able to register on line with your payment.

If you are coming to Camrose from an outside association to play on one of our Female teams or trying out on the U16 AA team you must complete the Player Movement Form.
