COACHING QUALIFICATIONS
- REQUIREMENTS TO BE ON THE BENCH
  - Courses need to be completed by November 15
  - Requirements for Head Coach - Posted on HA website
  - Minimum requirement to be on the bench is to have the RIS-Activity Leader and this must be done prior to being placed on the roster.
- Only one person on the bench requires the Safety Online course
  - HCR ROSTERS
    - Ensure all players and bench staff are on the roster.
    - Only those on the roster can be on the “stickers” put on game books. CMHA will pay for up to four and team pays for the additional coaches (~54.00/person)
  - POLICE CHECKS - Link can be found the on the Camrose Police Service website.

EQUIPMENT
- LOCKERS - KEYS, JERSEYS, PUCK BAGS
- GAME BOOKS - Tournaments will use CMHA Game Sheets which will be in your locker
- Deck Boxes - Pucks no longer available here

PRACTICE SCHEDULES AND OPEN ICE
- Cost - 169.25/ hour (2024 - 2025 rate) Early Morning Rate = $84.61/hr
- Once schedules are out from CAHL and EFHL - teams U11 and above can look at the week-end ice and book in their extra practice slot.
  - With the new policy from the City of Camrose, ice is returned two weeks in advance so that CMHA is not billed for unused ice. If you see a slot that would work for you and it says “returned” ask me and I will put the request in to the City if we can have it returned. Many times, they have not booked anyone into the slot.
  - All requests for additional ice are to be done through email so that I can confirm with you that it has been booked in and I will update team snap with the ice booking if it is a practice. Games will be uploaded by the manager Deadline is Tuesday of each week.
