REFUND PROCESS FOR 2020 - 2021 HOCKEY SEASON



Camrose Minor Hockey has passed the following motion regarding the "refund process" for the 2020 - 2021 season.

"Families that have registered with CMHA will receive a 50% refund which will be applied as a credit to the 2021 - 2022 season unless you notify the CMHA Coordinator.  Should the City change its protocol from 10 to 20 participants, those that participate will have the 50% refund reduced accordingly with the cost of the continued ice sessions".

 

Any player that participated in the final skates held in February and March will be charged a flat rate of $100.00 for U11 and up and U9 and U7 players will be charged a flat rate of $50.00.    Teams that did not have the full 8 sessions will also be prorated accordingly.    The coaches / managers have given lists to the coordinator which will be used to charge this flat rate.   

 

If you do not want the credit, please click here to complete the online application form to receive the refund via e-transfer.   Refunds will be processed starting the week of March 24th and credits will be processed soon after.   

 

In determining the 50% refund, the board reviewed the current financials, what expenses would be incurred, what is still outstanding and what the maximum amount could be returned.
